In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date.
All items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached
  

Online Purchases

We offer full refunds for online orders returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• You must request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale items (both in-store and online) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please Note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
